Wendy Renee

Friends and family are the bedrock of Wendy’s life. She has a deep affection for animals and is always eager to engage in community events. With a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, she brings expertise and dedication to her profession. She firmly believes in the power of kindness and strives to spread it wherever she goes. As a proud alumna of Sigma Kappa Sorority, Past President of the Golden Lions Club, and new graduate of the esteemed Leadership Golden program, she cherishes the values of leadership and service. Her involvement in organizations such as the Golden Chamber, West Metro Chamber, and Golden Women in Business (GWiB) reflects her commitment to the community and the people within.

Born and raised in Colorado, she enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, swimming, and the vibrant music scene. She previously attended Colorado State University (CSU) for general studies and returned in 2023 to complete degree work for a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from CSU in February 2025.

Wendy is looking forward to bringing these values and skills to excel in her career and make a positive impact in her newly appointed position on the Board of Directors at GWiB.
