GWiB’s very popular Table Talks provide an intimate place to sit around a table and learn about each woman’s business. The format is casual, with two or three women hosting the event by providing snacks and drinks and the opportunity to present their business in a “show & tell” format. Each woman attending is allowed to introduce themselves and their business. The intention is for women to have time to share the good, the bad and the ugly about their business.

We want potential new members to check out our events before committing, so we invite you to attend two events (Book Club, Happy Hour or Table Talks) free of charge. Gathering with beverages in community IS wellness! Communities and tribes have done this for years! Sharing in conversation, catching up, setting goals and checking in with each other help alleviate stress, as well as find feelings of love, connection and friendship.

Let's intentionally craft some healthy beverages together, check in with each other, talk about goals and enjoy some pre-halloween fun!

Our Cocktails and Connections party is our annual opportunity to mingle with GWiB members and soon-to-be members and get to know other amazing women in our community!

It's time to sparkle at the Barbie-themed Annual GWiB Cocktails & Connections Party at the fabulous Goosetown Station! This will be an empowered evening to connect and shine in your favorite style. This is our opportunity to network with GWiB members and soon-to-be members and get to know other women in our community. Capture memories at our Barbie-tastic photo booth sponsored by the Golden Economic Development Commission. Enjoy a complimentary drink (Signature Barbie Drink, Wine, Beer a Non-Alcoholic beverage), small bites, and scrumptious cupcakes. 

We will have a costume contest if you choose to dress as your favorite Barbie. (Nobel prize-winning Barbie, Golden Girl Barbie, Supreme Court Justice  Barbie, Hawaiian Barbie, Ken, Allen or any Barbie you choose.) It's all about coming as your empowered self.

GWiB’s September Wellness Break: Pickleball @ Lions Park

Tuesday, September 10, 2024 from 7 AM - 9 AM

Location: Lions Park, Golden

Join us for a morning fall Pickleball get-together! Say that 5 times fast.

This will be a laid-back early-morning movement sesh! Please bring paddles and balls if you have them! It would be greatly appreciated! If you have them but can't make it, please let Amber know if you'd be willing to let us borrow them.

We will meet at Lions Park tennis courts before 7 am on September 10th, 2024. The courts are first come, first serve and also provide a box with Pickleball nets for public use.

Amber with Mountain Meadow Therapeutics will lead a pre-warm-up stretch and little mobility session before we play.
