GWiB’s Book Club April 2022

GWiB’s Book Club

Thursday, April 7th, 2022 from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - UPDATED!

This is going to be a bit of a special book club and we're going to try in-person - woo hoo!

We're going to meet at the Golden Mill and have some lunch/a Kombucha. IF the weather is terrible, Zoom is the back-up (see info below).

The book we're going to discuss is Spark by John Ratey MD. and the great Stacy Fowler is going to lead the discussion.

"Did you know you can beat stress, lift your mood, fight memory loss, sharpen your intellect, and function better than ever simply by elevating your heart rate and breaking a sweat? The evidence is incontrovertible: Aerobic exercise physically remodels our brains for peak performance. "

We hope you can join us!

If the event is on zoom, then for online security, we are not publishing the zoom link here on the website. To see it, please go to our Facebook Group page and look for the event under the event section or contact Georgina directly.

What is the GWiB’s Book Club?

GWiB’s Book Club is a great place for book lovers and those wanting to grow in their knowledge and understanding of a diverse set of topics. One book is chosen per month among many topics. Most topics are relevant to women business owners. Women join for an hour and a half to discuss the book. If you don’t have a chance to read the book, no problem. You can join us and listen in!

If you would like to dive more deeply into personal and business development while spending quality time with like-minded women, the GWiB Book Club is your place!

Questions? Or you would like to propose a book for a future Book Club meeting? Please contact GWiB’s Book Worm Georgina Miller!
