GWiB’s MTB/Bike Cruise

Join Amber Jacobson of Mountain Meadow Therapeutics and co-host Abby Payne of Nurse Abby for a two-part bike event. Many of you have expressed interest in a mountain biking wellness break, but we also wanted to host a bike cruise for those not interested in a mountain bike ride.
MTB folks, please meet at the Flying J Ranch Park Shadow Mountain Access located at the corner of Shadow Mountain Dr. and 73. We'll do the Shadow Pine Loop (green/blue).
The downtown bike cruise will meet Abby at Parfet Park at 6pm and go from there.
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN BIKE, HELMET, SAFETY GEAR as well as water/snacks!
