GWiB’s September Wellness Break: Pickleball @ Lions Park

Location: Lions Park, Golden
Join us for a morning fall Pickleball get-together! Say that 5 times fast.
This will be a laid-back early-morning movement sesh! Please bring paddles and balls if you have them! It would be greatly appreciated! If you have them but can't make it, please let Amber know if you'd be willing to let us borrow them.
We will meet at Lions Park tennis courts before 7 am on September 10th, 2024. The courts are first come, first serve and also provide a box with Pickleball nets for public use.
Amber with Mountain Meadow Therapeutics will lead a pre-warm-up stretch and little mobility session before we play.
